Screen printing : Feasibility study of treatment processes

To comply with regulatory limits applied to the effluent discharge of his new plant in Joué les Tours (France), Multisigne has ordered to ECA the testing and the technical review of the process solutions.

The "traditional" screen printing generate waste water from the screens reclaiming (emulsion washing, ink washing, decoating, ghost image removal and finishing).

Definition of the solutions to reach the effluent discharge limit, has been achieved according with the ECA preliminary studies project management.

The relevant process performances has been validated on ECA's testing plateform (physico-chemical, biological, ultra-filtration, nano-filtration, reverse osmosis, evapo-concentration).

The ressources and expertises of ECA in engineering, has been solicited to define the technical and financial solutions.
