Effluent from porcelain manufacturing : Preliminary study and reduction of raw materials consumption.

REVOL Porcelain in St. UZE (France) has created very high quality porcelain for 220 years.
ECA was chosen to study the production, identify solutions to reduce water flow (volume and concentration) and respect the limits of the regulatory requirements.

ECA has widely audited and diagnosed production in order to adapt operating procedures, to limit waste and reduce environmental impact.

The recommendations of the preliminary study has allowed a reduction of 70% of water consumption and effluent discharge, also a reduction of 25% in raw materials losses.

The optimal solution was confirmed by a complementary testing phase.
